Physical Condition Assessment

Fitness assessment and analysis enable us to identify your strengths and areas for improvement, and then draw up an action plan, i.e. a specific plan adapted to your condition. In addition, evaluation enables us to measure the individual’s progress, so that we can readjust our objectives in line with his or her new goals and progress.

The assessment helps to establish a picture of your situation before you embark on a new training program, either privately or in a group.
